We use National mail( Ceska posta) to deliver all our parcel worldwide.

Standard shipping is posted without tracking.

All delivery times are only estimated, delays are expected during Valentine’s day, Christmas Day, bank holidays and sever weather conditions. 

We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form, please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. If a package has the wrong address it can take some time until it is returned to us before we can re-ship or refund your purchase. We can only do this once the package has been returned. 

If the package needs to be re-shipped there will be a new shipping fee.
